It has hosted the likes of Chingy and Ja Rule for performances, and artists like Devil Robots and Pete Fowler for the live mural drawing events it organizes.Singapore’s nightlife heats up over the course of the city’s F1 Grand Prix, the only F1 race that takes place at night. “The whole city comes alive over the Grand Prix weekend,” says Celeste Chong, the Butter Factory’s co-founder. “Everyone is out that weekend and in the mood to party.”
